LEADING LINES

Leading Lines uses natural or man-made lines in the scene — roads, fences, rivers, paths, or architectural elements — to guide the viewer's eye toward the main subject or through the image. The lines create a visual path that adds depth, movement, and direction to the composition. Leading lines can be straight, curved, or diagonal, and they work in almost any genre of photography, from landscape and urban to portrait and travel.
